Here is the final beer list - the kegs are chilling and ready to be poured on Saturday!

AETHER BREWING

  1. WILD PEACH SELTZER - is a light, spritzy and refreshing hard seltzer brewed traditionally using White Peach and native Quandong. This beauty pours clear with a tint of yellowy-orange and has a delicate sweet fragrance and notes of fresh peach jam and hints of citrus. It’s all natural, vegan, gluten-free, low sugar, preservative and additive free. 3.5%.

  2. GINGER BEERD - Traditionally brewed and fermented, our ginger beer delivers a refreshing ginger blast in every sip. We’ve used a gluten free grain base and truckloads of fresh Queensland ginger for the perfect combo of semi-sweet and slightly spicy, topped off with a rounded mouthfeel. It won’t be easy to stop at one – don’t say we didn’t warn you. 4.3%.

  3. WEST COAST IPA - A true West Coast style, big and bold yet delicate and drinkable all year round. A strong bodied beer that delivers moderate clarity and heavy, resinous aromas leading into the powerful flavours of citrus and pine. With moderate bitterness and a piney hop character, you’ll enjoy a rich and creamy marshmallow-y mouthfeel right to the finish. 6%.

  4. ALL AUSTRALIAN PALE ALE - Brewed with all-Australian ingredients, our Pale Ale showcases the quality and outstanding flavours this country has to offer. A light-golden, cloudy haze and pillowing foam please the eye while the aroma bursts with tropical, juicy delight. We added a mountain of Australian hops to this one, garnering a rich bouquet of peach, mango, grapefruit and pineapple. Lightly bittered and super smooth, a perfect sessionable beer for just about any time. 4.5%

  5. BLACKBERRY SOUR - A classic Berliner Weisse- Style brew, Blackberry Sour is the perfect mash-up of sour and sweet. Pouring a beautiful and dramatic purple and brewed with wheat and pale malts for low bitterness and residual sugars, with juicy Tasmanian blackberries adding delicious acidity and extra sweetness. 3.9%

BACCHUS BREWING

  1. CRYO CRUSH - An unfiltered Tropical style Pale Ale, brewed with a splash of Australian Tropical Juices, Pineapple, Apple, Carrot, Mango & Passionfruit. Then dry hopped with 100% Cryo Hops, the concentrated lupulin of whole-leaf hops containing resins & aromatic oils, resulting in a light but full flavoured & beautifully balanced Ale. 5%.

  2. BELGIAN MOCHA STOUT - Rich Coffee Stout balanced with Chocolate. Carefully selected premium coffee beans are cold steeped & added late in the brewing process to ensure maximum flavour. 7.8%.

  3. TWISTED CITRA - A take on the new Cali style IPA. A lean malt base lets the hops really shine & no better hop to do that with than Citra. Fresh & citrusy, with a clean firm bitterness on the finish, the perfect warm climate beer for hop lovers. 6.5%.

BALLISTIC BEER CO.

  1. BEAR NAKED US BROWN ALE - Bear Naked is a classic beer style featuring flavours of roasted malts with caramel and chocolate aromas, and a supporting cast of hops for a delicious beer experience. 5.8%.

BREWTIDE

  1. JAPANESE LAGER - The popular lager, fermented and filtered is clean crisp and refreshing. 5%.

  2. CHOCOLATE STOUT - This chocolate stout is dark and roasty with chocolate malts; a delicate yet layered brew, it's smooth and aromatic. 7%.

CATCHMENT BREWING

  1. HOOGLEY SESSION ALE - The Hoogley was once a convict ship that spent time in India on its way down under. Now, Hoogley is both a street that connects the Catchment to the Brisbane River and a bright tropical mid-strength session ale with a touch of spice. This light, spritzy session beer is full of summer flavours like passionfruit and citrus with some light herbal and resinous notes. Flaked oats have been used to retain body and mouthfeel. 3.2%.

  2. VULTURE IPA - This iconic street brings people right to the beating heart of West End, connecting the Catchment community with the world beyond. Devour this bold IPA, boasting assertive hop bitterness balanced with malt sweetness and hints of caramel. As complex and varied as its namesake. This west coast style IPA is packed full of all your favourite American hops, bringing aromas and flavours of tropical fruit, grape, mango, berry, and hop resin. The assertive hop bitterness is well balanced by a bready, caramel malt sweetness. 5.8%.

FELONS BREWING CO

  1. SONNY SPARKLING CIDER - Brisbane’s sunshine in a bottle. Sonny combines champagne yeast and local apples to serve up crisp, fresh flavour and a fine laced head. Enjoy in splendidly sunny company. Flavour: Crisp green apples, very clear in colour, balance of sweet and tart. 100% Stanthorpe grown apples. 4.6%.

FORTITUDE BREWING

  1. ROOTS AND LEAVES HOPPED GINGER BEER - Boldly unfiltered and golden straw in colour, this natural natural ginger beer delivers aromas of spicy ginger and fruity hops. Providing a fresh, zesty taste with a hint of sweetness on the finish. 3.5%.

FUTURE MAGIC

  1. MANGO AND PASSION FRUIT SOUR - Loaded with copious amounts of Mango and Passion Fruit, this beer is refreshing, fruity and tart. Undeniably summer in a glass! 4.7%.

  2. METEORITE STOUT - An easy drinking yet delicious stout with a slight sweetness, notes of dark fruits and roasted coffee complexity that begs for another sip. Brewed with remnants of actual meteorites to infuse a little outer space magic, this stout is literally out of this world! 5.5%.

  3. GALAXY DUST NEIPA - An easygoing Double Dry Hopped Hazy IPA that hides its ABV well, you could mistake it for a delicious hazy pale! Bursting with aromas and flavours of overripe citrus, passion fruit as well as overripe pineapple and mango. This hoppy-as-hell beer is backed by a lovely supporting malt character and rich, luscious mouthfeel from the oats and wheat. Bound to leave you wanting more! 6.6%.

  4. MAGIC STICK SESSION ALE - This beautiful little beer is perfect for quenching a thirst without ending your session too early. Its malt base finishes dry and wholesome. Expect aromas of grapefruit and orange with a little spice to pique your palate’s interest. Enjoy great beer, responsibly. 3.5%.

MADOCKE

  1. BELGIAN LAGER - Well balanced lager with floral aromas, subtle hop spice and a medium malt intensity. A one of a kind and perfect for any occasion. 4.4%.

  2. BLONDE - Our Belgian Style Blonde is refreshing and smooth, boasting a rounded flavour with medium bitterness and subtle fruity notes. One of the most approachable styles, a golden or blonde ale is an easy-drinking beer that is visually appealing. Rounded and smooth, it is a classic beer known for its simplicity. The history of the Blonde ale finds its ancestors in the centuries old traditions of both pale ale and Kölsch. Likely a lighter version of the pale ale, which was brewed through the latter half of the 1800’s and called a dinner or sparkling ale. 5.2%.

RANGE BREWING

  1. FROM MEMORY OAT CREAM IPA - From Memory is a brand new Oat Cream IPA that we've whipped up with a fresh hop combo of Sabro LUPOMAX, Motueka, Citra and HBC1019. We love trying new hop varieties in our favourite styles and we're digging what HBC1019 is bring to the table in this one. This one pours a soft orange colour with a nice deep haze and a bright white foam. Take a whiff and unlock aromas of orange blossom, nectarine, mango and fairy floss with just a light hint of dankness. On the palate we get big juicy mango and papaya, balanced out with sweet orange, thick feijoa and lemon sherbert. The body is rich and creamy, which elevates the juicy and tropical flavours and helps them glide and dance over the palate. A soft and succulent finish will bring you back for another sip in no time. 6.5%.

  2. 15G/L HAZY IPA - 15g/L is a brand new Hazy IPA which is 1 out of 3 releases for a flavour experiment series. The aim of this series is to highlight the difference the dry hop volume in a beer makes in the finished product. A simple yet effective malt bill of extra pale malt, oats and wheat and is fermented with our house hazy yeast strain. We've dry-hopped this one with a killer combo of our favourite US and Kiwi hops including Citra, Centennial, Nelson Sauvin and Rakau. Deep straw coloured milky haze. Aromas of pineapple, lychee and passionfruit burst onto the nose. Punchy tropical juice crush on the palate with mango, lychee, pineapple, passionfruit with a sprinkling of lemon zest. 7%

  3. PURE PASTRY IMPERIAL PASTRY STOUT - Pure Pastry is a brand new Imperial Pastry Stout that we have whipped up for this years stout season release for those of you who like them extra syrupy. Using our house vanilla processing method to extract extra goodness, we've assaulted Pure Pastry with a huge quantity of cacao nibs and vanilla beans. The result? Just like a chocolate milkshake, only the adult version! Rich and creamy with an addition of lactose, with flavours of dreamy milk chocolate, coco pops, cookies and cream ice cream. All backed up by a big body and syrupy mouthfeel. It's like drinking dessert in a glass! 9%.

SOAPBOX BREWING

  1. THE RANT IPA - A juicy IPA led with orange citrus tones that deliver raging flavours. Brewed with American Ale, a big dose of wheat malt and a complex array of hops, including Mosaic, Pacifica and Citra, these flavours rant on and on. It’s refreshing, it’s intense and it lingers. 6%.

  2. MOSAIC IPA - This Pilot batch is loaded with plenty of Mosaic Hops for a lovely citrus and tropical fruit explosion. 6.5%.

  3. BARREL AGED SOUR STOUT - A unique barrel-aged black beauty, this limited edition sour ale has dual personalities. On the wild side, this a dry, sour and mysteriously funky ale that has been barrel-aged for over a year in the Soapbox cellar. Its unique flavours and aromas are due to a combination of unusual ingredients (black-strap molasses and spices) as well as secondary fermentation thanks to a melange of wild microorganisms. Its extroverted personality has been carefully tempered with generous additions of pure raspberries to ensure balance, flavour and dimension. Truly a beer to be enjoyed slowly and mindfully. 7.2%.

  4. STRAWBERRY & MANGO SOUR - Tongue Twister Sour Series - our rotational Sour release with fresh Australian produced fruit added at the end of the fermentation process. Tongue Twister is super refreshing and super sessionable. 3.5%.
